Interior Space and Exhibition Design The Bookshelf House Interior renovation of a Private House by Andrea Mosca This project is about the renovation of an old House in the Paris suburbs. Our brief for the previously dark, run-down home was to make it brighter, add an enclosed office on the mezzanine and create a separate kitchen filled with natural light. We made the stacked bookshelf element a feature of the home, that we called Bookshelf House. The bookshelf it's a metaphor, the single wood element moves into the volumes metamorphosing its main function during its journey .
