Creative Sound Records Office

Marina Nosova

Interior Space and Exhibition Design Creative Sound Records Office by Marina Nosova My work is devoted to music. The museum Sound house in Great Britain became the idea of inspiration. I designed for multimedia studio Creative Sound Records. I wanted to create the functional zones and to divide space so that there was no feeling of standard office in its full sense. I created some kind of, show-room studio. For example when clients cometo the Reception-there they can choose services which are offered by the studio – having chosen necessary options on three displays on the wall. Also it is possible to listen to the latest musical tracks from the studio. I didn't begin to separate the zone Reception with working zones and rest zones - I wanted to create some kind of open space. Reception smoothly flows to the Hall of fame- a gallery of albums which hanging on the walls. Passing along the corridor, unnoticed they don't remain. Also I created non-standard object - a curved seat sofa with built-in lamps in the 3rd section, hidden in the bend of a curved wall,so that it repeats a form of lines of the wall. On the contrary I placed highlighting platform with the built-in monitor. It is a mini-lounge Zone. Here it is possible to watch in the On-line mode sound recording process. The image is transferred through the control room near the studio for listening. Also I decided to involve the futher space near an emergency exit. The best decision was to organize a space for photoshooting. It is the second main functional zone making profit for the company. In interior space I paid attention to the forms. The project turned out difficult at the expense of architectural forms, it is full of contemporary furniture, art objects. I didn't want to overload the interior. I paid special attention to Lounge to a zone. I wanted to create a recreational zone for the most comfortable rest. I paid special attention to Lounge to a zone. I wanted to create a recreational zone for the most comfortable rest and a privacy. As it is supposed that the office works and in night time-lounge the zone shouldn't be only cafeteria. Here Lounge a zone is and a relaxation zone. The look from monitors can be transferred to a panoramic view of the city which opens from windows. In Lounge I used special glass by Lasvit design. It could be highlighted at night time with different colours. Comfortable egg-chairs help to relax for employees and incoming guests. For those who wants to relax and have a rest - there are bubble chairs in the corner near a coffee table. The bar counter is continuation of the wall going to the Relax zone. I placed a pop-art poster (piano) on that wall. For visual effect in the cabinet - I created volume letters with the name of sound record studio (they are functional - it is possible to put CD) and also to sit on them. The Artemida firm lamp the unusual form repeats lines of tables of Nebessa and perfectly highlight bends of the chair created according to my sketches. I placed the same chair in the zone of Reception. As music plays an important role in our life, I wanted to create an interior of representative office which would be remembered and associated with a company name.
