Interior Space and Exhibition Design Mountain Court Apartment Design and Construction by Ian Hau - XLMS Limited The original layout of of this building by back in 1985 was 2 bedroom layout, the client is a family of 4 and requested 3 bedroom layout with plenty of storage. The users likes to entertain family and have planned the open kitchen design, there is also opportunity to enclosed the kitchen during cooking or family time. We have also custom made an UK import materials called Forresso as the dinning table with matching backing to the display shelf. The building itself have light weight brick at the underside of the slab for soundproofing, in which the low ceiling was inherited from this building.
